About Us

Welcome to our blog about traveling America's Great Loop! We completed our journey on October 8, 2022. The journey is documented in the book called Currently Away.

We cruised and lived aboard our Ranger Tug R-29, We also worked aboard. Bruce called it a "workbattical."

 

Our homeport is Chattanooga Tennessee. We run a small business, Groxio where help computer programmers keep their skills fresh by teaching new languages and classes on Elixir, a functional programming language. Bruce is the computer guy, Maggie works on editing videos and a podcast and managing communications.
